HEADQUARTERS OF THE DIJK GROUP UDEN
Since 2019, a brand new three-storey business building has been standing at a prominent location in Gemert, located on through roads. Each floor houses a company. The middle floor is used by Unibouw, the builder of the building. The head office of the Van Dijk Group is located on the second floor.
UNIBUILD GEMERT
Glass plays a prominent role in the design. The visible side of the building consists of pure glass, interspersed with large overhangs. This curtain wall gives the building an open character; you look from the outside in. Conversely, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings from the inside.
ROUND TRIPLE GLASS
The triple glass is slightly tinted and therefore slightly sun resistant. Striking: it is an angular building, but the (triple) glass is round. The roof of the industrial hall behind the office is full of solar panels. The gasless building is heated – and if necessary cooled – by heat pumps. Triple glazing all around contributes to the building being energy neutral.
